Team
The team of On Site consists of three young women, professionals and friends working in the field of contemporary art
and specialized in research, project coordination, cultural networking and communication.
We have experience working in international contexts, deep knowledge of the city of Rome and a rich network of contacts in the city and all over Italy.
We are driven by the idea that Rome is not merely a touristic destination, but a community and a place of possibility.
Chiara Garlanda
Chiara Garlanda was born in Rome, escaped to Spain and went back home to study Art History, while planning to leave again soon. She never did. In love with her hometown and its complicated cultural life, she has worked with festivals, museums and private galleries, finding stability as gallery manager at White Noise.
She makes up new hobbies every month, mastering the art of useless science.
Anna Gorchakovskaya
Anna Gorchakovskaya is Russian by birth, Bolognese by nurture and Roman by choice. Having studied languages, literature, art history, gender studies, Anna loves mixing apparently unrelated things in order to create new ideas. She has worked with contemporary art spaces, institutions and projects and is currently working with the Galleria Nazionale and MAXXI.
A convinced feminist and cinema lover, Anna is also into yoga, good food and great jokes.
Francesca Palmieri
Francesca Palmieri was born in Puglia, studied Arts Management in Milan, and currently lives in Rome. Economist by chance, cultural worker by vocation, she is involved in the conception and organisation of contemporary art projects. She has worked with museums and galleries and is curatorial assistant at the Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea.
Serial walker, yoga practitioner, occasional cook, great creator of memes.
